Once upon a time there was a sparkling pink world called GlitterVille! All kinds of creatures lived there! There were Magic Mermaids who splashed and played in the the babbling silvery rivers and seas, Flower Fairies and Fashion Fairies who swirled round flowers and sprinkled glittery purple stars all over the minty green grass!
Everywhere was beautiful and lovely and there was a big pink-and-white castle called Princess Palace where a beautiful and loving princess called Esther lived. Esther had long and flowing golden brown hair with slight rippling waves that fell right down her back like a chocolate waterfall! She had bright brown hazel eyes shining with fun, rosy red lips on her smiling pink mouth and her cheeks were always flushed with a healthy colour because of all the playing she did!
Well one morning Esther woke up in her magical bed as soft as fluffy white clouds. She cuddled her teddy bear and sat up in bed. She had her usual night-stuff on. She always wore white to bed. She had a long cosy silver-white nightdress and white-rabbit fluffy slippers really made of bits of cloud!!!
She had her usual breakfast, fairy-cakes and bits of Cool Coral sweets from the mermaids. She couldn't wait! Her best friend ever in the whole world, Glitter, was coming round to her palace today!! She finished her breakfast, thanked and hugged her maid for clearing it away and went off to get changed. She opened her wardrobe and found all kinds of gowns in there. She sifted through them with her dainty hand.
"This would be nice!" she thought, holding up a big blue ballgown, with it's matching blue shining tiara covered with sapphires and the dainty blue velvet gloves and satin socks. But then she thought of all the fun and playing she and Glitter did and picked her favourite dress ever - her play dress! It was pink and glittery all over and had a little glittery pink tiara to match! There were no gloves to be torn on logs or high heels for ball dancing, only a pink ring and pretty little pink trainers that lit up goldenly!
