To add to my other post: People sometimes take genuine Tama's, open them up, and put in an old cruddy microchip in the circuit board. Why they do this, I do not know. Probably because they couldn't find anything better to do with the microchip. Then they put the new fake up on the market for way more than it's worth to make a profit off of it. It's a sick thing to do, ain't it? It's even worse when they make fakes from scratch. Those probably go for about $9 or $10 on eBay. Watch out.
