Q: How do I get to Tamagotchi Town?
Getting to Tamagotchi Town is easy! Go to www.tamatown.com. Select which type of toy you have (choose either V3 or V4) to begin your journey to Tamagotchi Town. A new window will pop-up that will allow you to travel to Tamagotchi Town. You will then be prompted to enter your Tamagotchi Connection toy USER NAME. Please make sure to enter your five character USER NAME exactly as it appears in your toy.
If you are not able to view Tamagotchi Town, your internet browser software may be preventing you from doing so. Please make sure to change the security setting of your software to always allow "pop-ups" from Tamatown.com to fully enjoy the web page. If you need help changing this setting, please contact the Technical Support department of the manufacturer of your personal computer (Dell, HP, Gateway, etc.).
Additionally, if you are attempting to enter the V4 website and are unable to view the LOGIN screen, the software currently installed on your machine may be preventing you from doing so. To make sure you can view all the features of the V4 website, you must have Adobe Flash Player V.9 or higher installed on your personal computer. You may find this software available for download at www.adobe.com.
