If I keep my tamas happy and full (not hungry) will they always turn out to be the same character? In other words, if I keep doing the same thing each generation, will I get the same tama everytime/every generation? Thanks a whole bunch. I'm new to this so don't yell at me

hmm, i never really thought about that, i always treat my Tamas differently, so sry, i don't know...

It all depends on what you do with your Tamagotchi. If you feed it a ton of snacks, it will turn out differently than if you didn't feed it any snacks at all. Same thing goes with playing games with it, feeding it, etc.

I heard on different parts of this site that you will get a different character depending on if your generation id even or odd.

some teens only come in even and odd generations

check out Riven's tamadex, the blue ones are even generations and the purple ones are odd generations.. so theres always a little variety..

I think most of the times you are raising the tamagotchis you will care for most of them a little differently, maybe characters are sensitive to the slightest change in care at a critical point in thier development eg: i took really good care of my first tama generation never letting the hearts drop below one empty and now tonight i had a nap and when i woke up because i hadn't paused it the hearts had dropped to 2 and 3 gone..

So what I'm trying to say is because of one slip in my care I definitely don't think I'll be getting the same character this time around, that's how sensitive they are and why you should get different characters

I know there will be people saying they always get blah blah blah but this is my opinion.
