CHAPTER I
Tyler the Chantotchi received a parcel in the mail from her Father before school, who went to New York for a concert; she carefully unwrapped the parcel and inside was a clone. She spent half an hour trying to figure out how to use the clone. After about half an hour she found a switch on the bottom of the clone, and she pushed it. In a puff of smoke, Tyler peered at the clone to see a Chantotchi looking exactly like herself brushing soot off her skirt. The two Chantotchi’s stared at each other for a while and then both of them began frantically screaming as they darted around the walls of Tyler’s Living bedroom.
“Are you okay in there, Tyler?” Her mum asked. Tyler’s mum is a Maidtchi called Emmelyne.
Every time Tyler’s mum asked what wrong she would come in: Tyler shoved her clone into her closet and told her to be quiet.
“Err…nothing, I just found a big spider in my hat.”
“Oh,” Emmelyne shut the door and went down the hallway.
“Whew. That was close” Tyler sighed as she pulled her clone out of the closet.
“I’m really sorry I pushed you in, without any warning.”
“That’s all right” Her clone replied.
“TYLER! ARE YOU READY YET? YOU’RE GOING TO MISS THE BUS!” Tyler’s mum called
After all of the excitement, Tyler completely forgot about school, so she said to her clone, “Stay out of mom’s sight, okay? She doesn’t know that you’re here, okay?” Tyler grabbed her bag and went out of the door.
As Tyler sat on the bus with her friend Annissa, she had an uneasy feeling in her stomach. I wonder what my clone will be doing
Meanwhile…
In Tyler’s room, Tyler’s clone scavenged around the room and found Tyler’s diary, she picked the lock on it with a hair clip and a tooth pick and began to read…
