Does the Tamagotchi M!x have a pet system?

Hi! I'm literally very new to this; I've searched a few times and no answer has come up. I assume that the tamagotchi m!x doesn't have a pet system, can someone confirm this?

I don't believe it does, it was a feature the Meets used to differentiate itself from the M!X. Sorry
