Does the Tamagotchi Connection evolve according to care failures or by level of training?

Hello all!

I have one of the new Tamagotchi Connection 2024. If they are supposed to be based on the TC V3:

Does the training level influence the adult stage of the Tamagotchi?
Or does it evolve according to the care failures as in the Tamagotchi of gen 1 and gen 2?
Or is it a combination of both things?

I would say it’s a mixture of everything.

The training certainly helps indicate which character to get. Generally, taking good care of your tamagotchi which includes: feeding it, not ignoring it when it beeps (care mistakes), training it and playing with it can help with its growth. Since we are talking about the new rerelease, I’m not sure if it sticks with the old V3 criteria.
