What they are saying is that if it says it's a V9, it is not a genuine Bandai Tamagotchi. It's probably of really poor quality and look at the price. All real Tamagotchis should be at least $15. I'm sure this one is cheap right?

Just remember, you get what you pay for.

IT IS a fake. Once I bought a V.9 one and thought it was the genuine version. When I brought it home it worked for only about a couple of hours.

Don't trust those fake tama sellers! It's a waste of time and money.
