alternative way to get him,beside connect with any 4 female character

To get Charatchi, your male teen should both:

A. connect to 4 or more different female characters (can be iD L or P's) and

B. have the Fashionable personality

He is a special character, that is the only way to obtain him.

You can reset your iD L a few times so you can get a different character, but it should be female.
