It worked just fine on the two I tinkered with. There were no problems. I guess it would be best if some one wrote with an absolute disaster story. I think some one might have ruined their speaker wire. That's the worst thing I've heard that's happened. Good luck!

Click to expand... 1) first, you open up your tamagotchi. 2) don't pull the screen off too far or the sound wire just might snap... 3) look near the bottom of the circutry board at/around the bottom of the tama. 4) there's this tiny little silver circle that above it, says ''DEBUG'' 5) get a penicl, and scratch a little bit of lead onto the circle, and put your tamagotchi back together. 6)If you want your tamagotchi back to normal, just erase the lead off of the small silver circle, then seal up your tamagotchi.
