I used to play the Alto!!!! But in December i switched to the tenor sax because there were only 5 in 6th 7th and 8th grade together!!!! And i am clusterphobic and there were like 47 alto saxes in the band, so i felt squished and started crying in fear.

I play the flute, and I'm getting into the bassoon, the bass (the giant one, not the electric one), and the piano! I've been playing the flute for 4 years! My friend played the oboe and the viola, but she quit the viola.... our band teacher was very angry xD My new school doesn't have a band, so I haven't had a chance to play anything lately. :furawatchi:

someone in our band plays the berritone (sp?) sax. It's almost as big as a bass clarinet. And those are big, and heavy. :furawatchi:

ok i have a band and these are the things i play percusion (all 250 and over)

gitar organ keybord sax bells trombone trumpit and more

but try carrieing a 50 pound bass drum 2miles up 4 hills
