Well, if you are talking about V4 TamaTown, then you can collect money bags (gotchi points) by playing games in the arcade. You can then use those gotchi points to buy stuff at the store, or put onto your TamaToy when you log back out.

In Tamatown, you can buy a thing but get a thing, in Tamatown, you can get money and can't spend it. When you enter the logout password in your Tamagotchi, the money or Gotchi Points you got in Tamatown will be your tamagotchi now, then after putting the password in your tamgotchi, you will see next the password of the items you got in Tamatown, then put that password in the PASSWORD icon in your Tamagotchi and you will see the item's picture and its price, if have the necessary amount of Money you can buy.

No, they unfortunately don't. They allow you do collect money by playing games from the arcade, though Maybe when they create a V5, they will allow you to spend money on TamaTown
