Differences between sanrio smart and regular smart?

Hi! I've been thinking about getting a sanrio smart, but I've seen some people say it isn't as exiting as the regular smart, and I'm a little suspicious with the price being so low for the bundle. (lanyard tamasma card and device together) I found a really good deal for a sanrio on ebay and would greatly appreciate is someone responds soon!

Never mind... the smart I was looking at went from $30 and free shipping to $90 and 10 dollar shipping in like- five minutes lol

Just looked at it again and it's back to the original cost.

Aren't they exactly the same except for the shell and pack-in card?
