ok, I have found that the easiest way to dicipline ur tama is to wrap a present and then connect with another tama. If it gives something other than the present, then dicipline it. Keep repeating until u have all 9 training bars.

The other Tamagotchi cannot be any version, it'll have to be another Tamagotchi of the same version as your own.
