But on the v4s and v4.5s it doesn't have the beeping sound.

Yes, they finally fixed that problem on the v4. I believe it was from the screen constantly being updated.

I like the feature, it makes me really get attached to my tama. i think of it as a heartbeat, its very soft beeping though!
