Dancing shoes and suitcase

When in Tama-town and you go to the clothes store you can play "pack the suitcase" and "dance". The info bubble says you can win the suitcase and you can win the dancing shoes by playing the respective games. It has never worked.

Has anyone had luck with this?

After playing suitcase you can not add items to your list, you have to exit then re-enter the store.

Well, it appears that Bandai just grabbed the games straight from the v3 Tamatown without changing the text to suit the v4. I'm going to try and find some other examples and then edit this post.

1. When you enter the shopping centre you can see inside "The Tama Beat." If you look closely you can see CD cases next to the counter. Enter "The Tama Beat" and you'll see that only a music disc is there!

2. Play the "Create a Gotchi-Song" game in "The Tama Beat." Click on all of the instruments and then "End Mix." Then you get a message saying, "Wow, that was a cool mix! I bet you could do with a mic like this!" And then you get 100G. Great.

3. Outside of "Forever Tamagotchi" you can see a lot of shoes that you don't see in-store.

Yeah I've noticed that as well. But can you get the dancing shoes or suitcase?

I think it's pretty sloppy of Bandai to not have made some modifications that apply to the version of tama you enter tamatown with! If I were to apply that kind of quality to my job....well I wouldn't be working! I know...off topic!

Yes, I know. Also, the Post Office game has been taken straight from Uratown (just that the instructions have been changed from Japanese to English). You know how the Uratama and v4.5 have different children? (Uratama has Shippotchi, Shippokotchi, Haneotchi, Hanekotchi, Tsunootchi, Tsunokotchi, Tsuetchi, Makigamitchi and another child character whose name I do not remember while v4.5 has Hitodetchi, Kuribotchi, Tamatchi and Kuchitamatchi.) Well, you are able to see characters such as Shippotchi in that game?!
