:furawatchi: Well the 4th :pochitchi: grade gets to put on a Talent Show...Now I want to sing ''Call me when your sober''By Evanescense! Now,I have stage fright aredy! What to do???

Just do your best. If you mess up keep going. My music teacher always say that if you make a mistake just forget it and pretend nothing happened and keep going. :furawatchi: Get a drink of water before you go on stage and then practice your singing and do so excersices that make your voice more soothing. Just try not to overdo it!

Pretend that your audience is naked, unless that makes you more embaressed. If that doesn't work try practicing in front of your family/friends. Hope i helped!

this is tough. talk to the person who is corrdanating it, maybe a drama teacher if they have tips on stage fright.

Hope this helps

Just go for it. I have trouble with stage-fright myself and I usually can get over it by saying to myself "If I screw it up, well, it'll be bad for now but people will forget about it later, and if I do well, well, yay!" That tends to work for me. Or, you could always stay home sick that day. (Just kidding; don't do that. Seriously. Don't.)

Well don't take it so seriously. People wouldn't go to that talent show unless they wanted to hear you try and sing, so just do your best and have fun with it! If you mess up or something, no one is going to notice because they want to hear you have a good time and stuff like that.

Just drink some tea and have mints before you go on and water, and think about having a good time. Pretend your just alone practising in your room, that might help.

Good luck!

Go for it!

Think about what you are doing keep your mind to it. And like tamtamkitty07 said, pretend you're alone. It helps. :hitodetchi: And before you're ready to go, calm down, listen to some music, or draw a picture or drink something soothing.

I'm sure it'll be fine. Please don't worry. :ichigotchi:

This is what I do.

When I'm going to preform/go to competitions/festivals I imagine myself just imagine myself, [in my case] playing for my favorite person in the world. [Which would be God who technicly isn't a person, but ah well. Go figure! :ichigotchi: ]

Tell yourself, 'I'm singing for *insert name here* and they don't care if I sing every note of key, or if I sing on the beat or not. They are just happy I am singing for them so I will try my best!'

It helps me.

It's natural to get stage fright before performances. My drama teachers told me if you weren't nervous, something must be wrong with you lol. Just practice and do the best to your ability. That and have supportive friends and family in the crowd. That also helps.

Just like Emma said on Nick. When your on stage, she si to busy thinking about how your hair looks, and when your position of stage is at. Try not to worry about stage fright. Try this and it might work. Think about good things like how good your going to do ^.^.

So in other words she is worried about other things Than stage fright.
