connecting with a baby

i was wondering if an adult tama who has a baby with it on the screen can still connect with other tamagotchis?

hi,

well actually after the mating and mom had a baby boy with her i restarted dad and got a little boy and, tried connecting and the baby was zero years old, and i connected and the mom w/the baby appeared in his screen and played the balloon game with the seperate boy baby and gave a gift, although the gift wasn't very nice i think it was poo or something i don't remember but it wasn't nice!
