What's needed? Is it about getting all adult characters? How would you define completion? Is it still possible to get all downloads?

I'd define it as raising all 11 characters to TamaTomo, unlocking all items/food/wallpapers via password and getting all 11 connection foods/items.
The main aim though would just be raising all 11 characters as thats when the TamaTomo banner appears in the garden.
You can send downloads at any time on the ID.
