Clock problem

I keep setting my clock to the AM/PM one but it somehow keeps changing into the military one .. the one that goes 13.. 14 ..15 and so on .. why's it doing this? Can someone help me?

All you have to do is press "A" when on the clock menu and you can shuffle between military time and standard time...
