A man knocked on the door, the wicked stepmother answered. 'Hi, we've heard that Dougie Freedman was actually off sick that day and that someone substituted him, we want to know who it is so we can sign them up.' Cinderella couldn't see, only hear the man but knew it was the manager. 'They left this boot behind,' the manager explained, 'And whoever it fits is who it belongs to.' The trio were all eager to try on the boot. It was at least four sizes too small for the stepmother and two sizes too small for the stepbrothers. 'Does anyone else live here?' the man asked. They shook their heads furiously. Cinderella was outraged that she hadn't heard them mention her so she stormed out of the closet she was cleaning, just as the manager was about to leave. 'I live here!' she shouted. She tried on the boot and it was a perfect fit. The stepmother and stepbrothers was angry. 'YOU WENT TO THE GAME!!!!!' the stepmother screamed, 'HOW DARE YOU!' The manager was angry too. Not with Cinderella but with the three who had denied that anyone lived there. The manager took Cinderella away to sign her up permanently. And as for Dougie Freedman, well let's say he transfered to Manchester City. The End
