Chrissy burst into her screen beeping louder than a car! "Mom! Mom! Mom! You were right! I met someone! I met someone!" Chrissy beeped. "What? What is it?" Crystal said as she picked up Chrissy. "I met the cutest tamagotchi at the mall! His name is Derrick. We talked for hours in the food court. Oh mom! He's so dreamy! His eyes are pure blue with a cute little nose , and.." "Chrissy come back. Come back." Crystal said "Well I can that you had a good time." "Yeah I did. Well I going to my room. Nice talking to you mom!" "Well I'm glad she's feeling better." Crystal said grinning. "I'll just leave her alone. There's enough time for questions later." Meanwhile, Chrissy was in her room, on her bed, day dreaming about Derrick. "I hope he calls me!" Chrissy thought. She waited by the phone for hours for his call, but nothing. Chrissy slowly drifted to sleep. A few hours passed by, and then, Ring! Ring! her phone rang loudly. " He, hello?" Chrissy said dizzly. "Is this Chrssy? This is Derrick." "Derrick! I've been waiting for so long. I mean, I've been expecting a call from you." Chrissy said embaressed. "Yeah. I sorta got yelled at because I was out for so long. My mom gave me this long, boring lecture about how I shoud have called, and how worried she was, and all of that stuff. I wanted to call right when I got home, but." "I understand. So did you want something?" "Oh, I uh, I uh, uh, um. I wanted to ask you if, if you, would go on a date with me tomarow at 7:00 to the new gotchi resturant in town?" "I'd love to! I always wanted to eat there, but I could never find the time to go into town." "Great, so tomarow at 7:00 then." Derrick said excitedly "Yeah, at 7:00." Chrissy said. "Well, I'd better get off the phone, my mom will kill me if I stay on longer than 30 minutes. I'll see you tomarow, bye." Bye." Chrissy said, and hung up the phone. She jumped up on the bed and went wild. "I got a date! I got a date! I got a date!" She screamed. She calmed down and very slowly started to drift off.

She got up the next morning as excited as ever. "Did you ever go to sleep last night?" Crystal said "You almost gave me a heart attack with that yelling you did. I thought someone was attacking you, but then you stopped suddenly. So I peeked at you, and you were in your little bed sleeping, so I turned off the light, and went back to bed. So you got a date huh?" "Yeah, It's at seven." Chrissy was all dressed up, and rearing to go." That's him mom" Chrissy jumped and grabed her coat and pusre, and quickly threw open the door. Derrick held out his hand, and escorted her to the car. He opened the door, and helped her in. Crystal watched as they drove off. "Have a good time!" She called, and went back inside.
