chibi vs mini

is there a difference between the chibi and the mini?

(other than the language, and the shell designs)

I think they're the same. Mine came from Japan, and uses English language.

I don't think there's a difference either. They both are pretty simple and have limited functions. Then again, I only had my Chibi for a short amount of time and never had a Mini but this is all based on what I've heard.
