Also for theese evoultions into differ stages to work you cant have your Tamagotchi on pause or else you have to wait longer for them to evole into a differ stage!

Not entirely accurate.

So long as the Tama is not paused, the baby will turn into a child/toddler within 1 hour, and then toddler to teen 24 hours after it turned into a toddler. Child/toddlers turn into teens after 24 hours, and teens can turn into adults as early as day 3, but as late as day 5

Pausing makes this process slow down/stunts the Tama's growth.
