Characters without IDs

I've been seeing some people walking around, they have IDs, but they have characters following them WITHOUT IDs, and when they move the character without the id follows. If you click them, nothing happens, you don't walk, nothing. Are you guys seeing this?!

You can login under 3 Characters. The first one will be the main character like normal and have your user name. Then the other two will follow you. The one behind will be second to be logged in. The third one will be following the 2nd tama logged in.
