Changing The Hour on Dream Town?

Is it possible to change the time/hour on a Dream Town? With Daylight Savings my Dream Town is currently an hour behind.

You press B to go to the clock (middle button), and then A + C to change the time. Also, you can press B + C to change the brightness.

No problem, glad it worked out. I would suggest turning your brightness as low as possible (just some advice).
