Cat Trouble! Its normal lol

Well my cat has a habbit of sleeping through out the day, but when its 3am to 5am in the morning my cats all, well lets say "Hyper" xD and is running and meow like mad! Have you got any tips to make him wake up through out the day and sleep through the night?

Well first off you shouldn't make your cats do anything they don't want to. They're cats. They are independent creatures. My advice is learn to sleep through it lol. In the years I've had animals, I tend to sleep through playing and ripping around like that. My cats usually "get up" about 4-6am...which is sometimes when I'm up doing some extra schoolwork. Then they settle about 7-9am for naptime, then it's on and off activity from there.

I'm not really sure how to keep a cat up for the day, but to make them tired and to help them sleep through the night, try to play with them right before bed. But pick something that will tire them out, like a ball they like to chase, etc. I hope this helps.

I did something crazy yesterday! Thank you for all the advice, well what happened was my cat woke up some point through out the afternoon and I ran around so long that I had to go to bed at 8:00pm that I was so tired and my cat did not wake me up at all!

well, i think you should feed them about the time you want them to sleep. after they eat, most cats usually fall asleep or something. (my cats do! ^_^ )
