Can't receive prizes?

Hello! New to forum

I logged onto Tamatown with my V3 (On the V3 site) and entered the correct username. It gave me a password, and I received the passport! Problem is this: I can't get any more prizes! All of my souveniers are empty except for the Passport.

What do I do? Am I just being silly?

Does my Tama have to be an adult?

The same thing happened to me. I can't get passwords for my prizes!

Does anyone know why???
