Can't find the gold disk? 
I know why! On the 5th, 15th or 25th day of each month, go to the mall then click on the music store. There should be a poster of a gold disk in the store! Click on it! Yay! The gold disk! I'm not sure about the the action figure and the dress.
Go to the station Mame and meme town is open! Go mame town then to the hardware store and click on the ladder, hammer ,and the drill ta da! Also go to meme towm and go to convience store and click on the jug of milk and the smoothie! Hope this helped!
