On June, I'll buy both tamagotchi P's and 15th anniversary. I heard that the P's can connect the iD L. Can tamagotchi P's connect the 15th anniversary?

Yes. The 15th Anniversary ver. is a special version of the iD L (different characters you can raise, etc.)

Yes all version can connect with each other I believe. Such as:

Color to Color/ID/ID L
ID to ID/Color/ID L
ID L to ID L/ID/Color/P
P to ID L/P
