ok ok i am getting a connection v2 in early july. i am clueless about it and need some help. could someone teach me through tamachat, posting, pming, etc. all about v2s? i NEED TO KNOW about:

all about treats

difference between v1 and v2s

connecting

characters

how to master the games

etc.

please some one teach me about this stuff! thanx

The difference: Mostly appearance, radically different games and characters. Oh, and the Shop is always a plus! Love that Shop...kewl

Treats: If it's a food item, and it's from the Shop, it's a Treat. They fill up 1 or 2 happy hearts AND 1 or 2 hungry hearts! Amazing! They only increase weight by 1 pound!

Connecting: Pretty simple. The connecting menu is "Playmate? Ver. 2/Ver. 1"...after that, it's the same as V1.

Characters: You will be very comfortable if you're familiar with the Osutchi/Mesutchi characters. There's quite a few of them in there, along with Angelgotchi, Keitai, P1/P2, and our old V1 friends. Maybe some new faces too...and more...

Mastering the games: Too much typing for me. PM me if you want specifics.

And if you need anything else or have any questions, feel free to PM me. I'm a lonely person and don't get very many PM's...LOL

I am new to Tamagotchi's but, consider myself very knowledgable.

I only have 1 ver 2, my only tama.

This is all I can think of at the moment-

TREATS- treats are things that you buy from the shop, using the points you get from playing games. they are food items from the shop, you can feed them to you tama in the food menu.

THE DIFFERENCE- I'm not sure, but it's maily the colours, the games, the shop, and the characters. Not entirely sure.

CONNECTING-ver 2 can connect and have tamababies with ver 1 and ver 2. To connect, go to the fifth button, and click b, then click ver 1 or 2, then pick game or present. The games are eating, balloon blowing, soccer, tug-of-war. Whoever wants the present must click th icon first. If you don't connect too much, the matchmaker comes and says love? click yes, but when it comes press a for boy, b for girl. Friends list is last icon.

CHARACTERS- The characters are pretty much the same, but there are some new characters and some from the other tama's. They're all fun, though.

GAMES-

You get this game when you're a baby-

JUMP-

Hit the approprite button in o.f seconds of when the light flashes, then your tama will jump!

Pretty easy. just put your dominate hand's thumb over left and centre if you're left-handed, and right and centre if you're right-handed, and the non-dominte over the other button. As the lights come on, Move your thumbs so there is one thumb on each button. on the last one, hold it up to your ear and concetrate. When it beeps, quickly press the button, this ensures you get the last light.

You get this game when you're a child-

BUMP-

Press B when the bar comes up. the longer it is, the more power!

I don't know how to play this game. It's hard.

You get this game when you're a teen-

HEADING-

Press A and C to move left and right, press B to hit the ball.

I'm not sure how to master this one, but it is pretty easy to play. Just be ready to move.

You get this game when you're a adult-

SLOT

Press A to bet your points. Press B each time to stop the wheels. X's are bad. Still not sure how to master this.

I knew nothing, but figured it out. Go to the Library section and reference section of TamaTalk, and check the instructions.

My bro and me are only little - but we luv tamagotchis - and our mum helps us out.

We have mastered jump, pretty well worked out bump, pretty good with heading (always try to get back to centre) and do pretty good with slot (have had rockets in all but bump)

we have lots of items - so far the ufo is the best ( as well as cstumes from secret codes)

the characters r pretty different and we're still working them out

V2 ARE THE BEST - JUST WAIT - U HAV NO IDEA WAT UR MISSING OUT ONN

PS if u want to get lots of points - play slot (only can play if adult)

Wager 9 points and try to freeze your adult in its happiest posn ( usually when up in air -you'll work it out)

9999 is maxm points - u can't get any more than that - so its ok to spend

the costumes are good 2 - but the panda can only be used once

by the way - if u get OOO in slot - thats 900 points and it doesn't take long to get lots of points. Buy the ufo if u see it, but u may not know what it is. If it costs 5000 points and looks like a weird thing - my advice - is buy it
