Can someone help me with souvenirs?

Hi all. This is my first ever post so, sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I have a Tamagotchi Connection version 4.5 and so far I know how to get all the souvernirs except 2 -- the postage stamp and the box.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please??
