If you don't take good care of your adult tama, it will die - doesn't matter if it has a baby or not... if the adult dies then the baby will die with it.

The adult normally leaves the baby at midnight on the second night after the baby was born.

If you have paused the tama for a day but not overnight, then it's possible that your adult will still leave tonight at midnight.

However, if the tama was paused for a long time, it may not leave until tomorrow night.

Each time you pause it for more than an hour or two, it is likely that your tama adult will take longer to leave.

Yes, the parents can die (my ponytchi who had a daughter died yesterday because she was too old to take care of a baby :( )

But when you press a nd c buttons the pet you hatch always have the same gender as the tamababy you lost. :D So I personally imagine that it's the same baby :)

But actually the parent and its child are connected to eachother very much. When you feed the parent the parent always feed some of her/his food to the kid  .

And you see how the baby weeps when the mom/dad leaves and you name it? connected...

  :( :) That is a good question but i think that the baby would die with the parent   :) :p  :D  :( :D

If you take very bad care of the adult, and neglect him/her alot then they will both pass away. Be sure to take good care of him/her next time

Hope i helped, and have a great tama-talking day!!! :)
