Can Otokitchi be visited by the lady who marries your tama in v4?

My tama is now an old age tama, she is 12 years old and I never wanted her to get married because old age seemed like a fun thing, I will never dedicate her to just training and working, I thought that was it. tama's life had to offer her but now she's old and lonely and I feel bad so she just wanted to know "insert title here" (Can Otokitchi be visited by the lady who marries your tama in v4?)
