Can my tamagotchi hav another baby?

My older tama is a female and had a relationship with my male tamagotchi. But then the macthmaker came and I had chose yes on accident.But my male is not old enough to meet the matchmaker.Can the female have another tamagotchi for the male?

No, each tamagotchi can only have one child, and then it will leave.
