OMG!! My friends had to change her batteries 5 or 6 times and i got mine way before her. And i haent changed mine yet!! Is that weird??? I got mine November 1st or sooo!

You must have different generations.

The first generation of American ones used up batteries like crazy and had to be changed every 8 days or so. The new ones are much better.

 

I got my first new generation Tama Plus in March of last year and it worked longer than the first Gen American one by months!

That American one lasted 9 days and the Japanese one lasted over 9 months.

I don't know why the American ones had to be so different.

I'm sure it has to do with that noise the first ones made.

If you hold teh battery sucking one up to your ear, you should hear a constant beeping tone. Very annoying.

I dunno, but after you turn off the sound for a while , if you turn it back on the sound will be gone, and the battery won't drain as fast o

why can't they make the american ones as good as the japanese ones, japan always gets tha cooler and better stuff...
