I've had bad experience with how Bandai Customer Service handles questions on Tamagotchi products and such. It seems automated, and sometimes I think their answers don't really fit in at all with the question (I don't think I've quite experienced that, though). Too bad it's the only way of communication between consumer and company. What do you think?
