Baines

[The Tamagotchi Guardian]

I crouched down, trying not to be seen by this so called Baines. Over the top of the dented car I could just see the tops of two men's heads. One had blonde hair and the other one black. I needed to find out more, but without being spotted. How? My eyes were drawn to an overgrown tree spouting out of the ground. I was on the first floor so luckily it was tall enough to climb. Without even thinking, I put one foot on one of the brown fragile branches and used that to hoist the rest of my body up. Tears streamed down from my tired and heavy eyes as I remembered that I may have nowhere to live as this person was going to live in my house. Nobody believed that I lived there, so what could I do to prove it? From the tree branch I could see the two men quite well. One had blonde hair, a moustache and a suit with a tie and the other with black hair a beard and quite casual clothes (t-shirt, jeans). So which was Baines? My question was answered almost immediately when the one in the suit started talking, 'Ingenious, really quite Ingenious Baines.' So that meant that the casual clothed person was Baines. What to do now?
