Don't look under your bed...yeah...about that.
Are you a theater person? I am...I'm obsessed with Broadway. There is only one other person in my school who is a serious theater person. I've turned here to find some theater people to talk to.

How many shows have you seen?

What is your favorite show?

etc. etc. etc.

~Ruby~

(I have no idea where in (Non)Tamatalk this topic belongs in...)

ABSOLUTELY. I haven't been able to see that many shows, but theatre, along with choir, are my LIFE. I made it into varsity theatre for next year, and I'm in varsity choir right now.

In fact, the only live show I've seen was The Lion King... but I know a lot of the songs from Wicked, and a few others. Plus, I've seen a lot of shows on DVD. The Sound of Music is one of my all-time favorites, I grew up with it.

I am going to attempt to count how many shows I've seen...and how many times:

Lion King (1)

Little Shop of Horrors (2)

Music Man (2)

Wicked (1)

Spring Awakening (3) The last time i got to sit on the stage!!!

Billy Elliot (2) Thursday I get to see it for the 3rd time.

In The Heights (2)

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (2)

Beauty and the Beast (2)

Hairspray (1) I <3 Harvey Firestien (sp?)

Fiddler on the Roof (1)

Those are the only ones I can remember.

I've seen a lot of shows, but I don't perform theatre. :|

I made it into the elite choir for next year though. O:

I'm not in theater, but when I was younger (4th-6th grade), we did plays.

I never had any parts in them. xD (Better Tuba player than a actress, mind you.)

Seen:

Honk Jr.

Thoroughly Modern Mille (LOVED IT!!)

Once on this Island (I think)

Aida

Nopee... My friend is a theatre person. So is my sister... And my cousin... And my other friend =]

I take drama but I am only good at the ones we get to write ourselves like the ones at end of year proformances. Now we are doing mine and I don't do quite.

I saw things as a child but we don't have any big threaters here. I saw Jack and the bean stalk and some other little kids ones. Our drama teacher is going to take us to one later in the year.

My sister on the other hand. Much like FeeBee Drama and singing is her life. She also does dance. Shes like crazy good at proforming arts and laughs at me because I corpse too much.

I saw the boys at Christ Collage rehearsing their version of Suessical. I did some stuff to put them off and made some guy fall over. Boys are so immature.

Oh, definitely. I adore acting. I actually want to teach it when I grow up. That and English.

Drama is a passion of mine. Theatre and films, everything.

I recently saw Wicked in NYC, and I've also seen Beauty and the Beast, the Lion King and this one about Santa Claus a few years back. There are probably a few more but I can't remember them right now. I usually end up going to the movies with my friends more often than Broadway shows. Because it's cheaper. And I've also been in a few productions myself, mainly at my schools. The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, High School Musical (Yes, really XD) and I'm currently playing the principal, Miss Lynch, in Grease. To name a few.

To conclude, yes, I am a crazy theater person. xD

I was once an extra in a movie. We had to run around screaming while they covered us in fake blood.

Edit; I'mma idiot.

Ah, yes, I love theatre :)

I do acting lessons every saturday and on 22nd April, I have my audition thing. I'm nervous, like, really nervous. But, I'll be fine 8D

At school we do drama regularly, and we make up our own little plays about stuff. I remember once I fell off the chair and had to run to the sick room. Bigggg memory.

I got new headshots today.
Hahaha.. My friend was talking about headshots and I was like " THEY'RE GONNA SHOOT YOU?!" And then she explained that a headshot was a picture of your head...

hmm, I'm in a lot of city plays and I take drama camp with my friend in the summer.. that's about it. The only broadway show I've seen was the Lion King when I was 5.

oh, for anyone who's seen Wicked, last year one of my skating programs was to 'popular' : )
