For those trying to find the perfect tamagotchi bed time here it is:
when you frist get ur tama (in egg fourm) set its time at about 9:30 pm. if u do this right it will go to bed at 9:00 and
get up around 8:30am. (wich is perfect for me becuse i get up and go to sleep around that time
)
