I don't think any of the designs are considered "rare" unless they're sold for a limited time or they were given away as prizes from BanDai.

First you need to upload them from a picture hosting site. TamaMum explains it here in the users guide (Well sort of ):

Click the image that looks like a little tree, then post your image URL inside the icon. And no, your shells aren't rare, telling from what the designs are. :\

You can't just copy the address from your computer into the form. The picture has no way from getting from your computer to the other people. You have to follow TamaMum's guide.
