When ever I get up in the morning I feel as though I am going to vomit, by mid afternoon it goes away. But this keeps me from eating a lot. And even at all. I have gotten so scared once that I didn't eat for a week. I can't eat out or I get car sick. And I cant eat ANY fast foods. It upsets my stomach, I am worried about my body. And even more at night I feel as though I cam going to puke. I am a stick as it is (!o years old, 60 lbs. size 7-8 in pants.) And I dun eat! Today for dinner I had one spoonful of noodles and a TINY piece of chicken, and I was full. My mom is worried because she just now noticed, I only eat fries whenever we go out to eat because I cant hold my food down, though I have never gotten car sick or anything it still keeps me from eating, even when I am starving.

In Florida I got so hungry I started to tremble, Like earthquake tremble. I couldn't eat for a week. And In PA I did that too! And now I cant eat at all!

So if you could help, I would be happy!

Thanks

Kat

Go see a doctor, and tell her about it.

In the mean time... These are things to consider when you ask yourself if you should eat...

If you eat, you have the chance that maybe you will keep it down. But, if you don't you burn more calories puking it up than if you didn't eat it.

While you wait to get to the doctor, just so you conserve as many calories as you can, try to evaluate how you feel before eating. If you think, "I think I can eat this sandwich and be okay," then do it.

I hope that makes sense...

But I'm still agreeing with above posts, get to a doctor!

Can you handle liquids? Considering there are shakes to help you lose weight and protein shakes, I'm sure there are higher-calorie ones as well (heck, a normal shake is pretty high-cal), so maybe stick to that for a little bit.

Good luck! :)

Woahkat.

I don't eat much either. (10, 130lbs and 5'2... I know, dun sound like it, but I don't.) But I at least eat 400 calories a day. I'm usually feeling ready to vomit like you, except all day, but I eat nonethless.

I think you should see a doctor ASAP.

I've stopped eating alot recently- I don't eat much at all. I'm 12 and I'm 78lbs. DD:<

I'd see a doctor, like the others have said.

You definitely need to talk to your Mom about it, and have her take you to the doctor. It's not good for your body to starve.

It sounds a lot like you are having symptoms very similar to what I have when my IBS flares up. IBS=Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I first began having symptoms when I was in the 3rd grade. I felt sick to my stomach literally all day, worst in the morning and at night. I couldn't eat any fast foods at all...or almost any regular foods. There were a few months where all I could eat in a day was a few Oreo Cookies, a chicken strip or two, and Coca Cola. Even these foods made me feel ill, but I felt more comfortable eating them.

I lost so much weight, and some mornings I was literally too weak to get out of my bed. I went to several doctors who tried to tell me it was "nerves"...when I wasn't nervous about anything, "horomones"...but they could offer no explanation for that diagnosis, and the one that made me most angry "anorexia". I was a child, and I did not want to feel that way, let alone look like I was wasting away. :) Finally, I went to a Gastroenterologist(Stomach/Digestion doctor) who ran several tests on me, and discovered it was IBS. I was put on medication(just pills for a few months) and eventuallyI got better. :)

These problems returned when I was 17, and it was the same story again, but I knew what was wrong with me, and went back on the medication and good diet for IBS sufferers, and I recovered after some months. The effect it has on your mind is one of the worst things. It made me afraid to go anywhere in public for fear of getting sick. I was terrified at the thought of eating something that I felt could make me sick(which was nearly everything). Eventually, I got over it, and you will, too. :)

It helps a lot to know what it going on and what you can do about it. So, go to the doctor, and in the meantime, look up IBS online and perhaps try some of the ideas. It may help you a lot.

I'm sorry to hear about your condition, and believe that there are many medical names for this. But the best thing that you can do is to tell a Doctor RIGHT AWAY. If you are having problem's keeping down your food, the less you will eat. It's a good start to tell your Parents. You can't keep a problem like this all to yourself. :(

Thanks everyone!

I am going to see a doctor about it, when I was writing that post I felt as though I was going to vomit on the laptop o.0 not a good thing...

Zoria, yeah, I dun eat much either, bu I am healthy. I am around 5' and I way 60- 65 lbs. I am a stick! >.<
