Yes I agree with Mametchi 4 ever... look at the rules because this isn't allowed. Look for some of the guide accounts and.. I KNOW you already figured out to pm am I wrong?

On the main index page (https://www.tamatalk.com/IB/index.php?act=idx) , at the bottom, there's an area titled Board Statistics. All online members are listed in it. The member names in RED are guides. Click on one of those names in the Board Statistics area and their profile will appear. On the right side, at the bottom of the Information / Contact box, you can click the Personal Message click here link to begin the process of sending a PM to them.

As Mametchi 4ever said, if you need to contact any guide regarding a post, click the report button below the post that needs a guide's attention.
