That's not a Bandai web site. It's a fan site. The Tamagotchi pictured is an UraTama. The UraTama is a Japanese Tamagotchi which was released in July 2006.

that's a Uratamagotchi it is released only at Japan.

That is a Uratama, which is very similar to the EnTama. It is only sold in Japan.
