An Object Has Appeared in My Tama's Room?

It is currently the third generation on a tamagotchi p's. The tama is a teen Cosmotchi. The item looks like a desk or shrine with two people sitting at it. One is wearing blue and the other is wearing pink. Why is it there and what does it do?

Wow!! I got it too on my ID-L and I was just wondering what kind of holiday could it represent Now that I think of it, I remember seeing girl's day/dolls' day in an old episode of the anime of Pokèmon.

It is the dolls are put there by the parents to watch over their first born daughters. Normally the daughters share the dolls unless the family can afford to buy more
