ok here is the story! i am mad!my best friend is so... so... just too popular!! she is a dancer, singer, actor,modle, and she is good at every thing !! She is out going and pretty AND smart!! Witch i would normally think is fine is she would just be a little more MODEST, every time someone compliments her she will go on and on with it and just keep talking about it. and sometimes she will hint-hint that she is great and i am not like this for EX.

My mom: did any one notice ur new hiar cut today?

Me: no not really.

Friend: really? thats SO wierd its like, every time u get a new hair cut no one notices but when I get a hair cut people are all saying "oh nice hair cut!"

Me: thats kinda mean.

XFriend: no no no i was just saying! its wierd is all!

Me: (silent )

the wierd part is i CAN NOT come to say anything cuz she will just keep repeating " no no no i NEVER said that untill i give up and then she compliments me as if it will be all better ) WHAT DO I DO!!! oh and did i mention she is the most popular girl in scholool and now she is hanging out with the popular kids and not talking to me and NO ONE EVER NOTICES ME!! am i just jeloeus??

one thing, do not talk to her or she will get mad i kno cause this happened to me........ i had a best friend and we would always call each other twins cause we were born on the same day same year. well i moved away and then in the summer time 8 months later she would sleep over all the time nd we would make fun of the "populars" well i move back and go bck to the koolad she is itting with them then one week later she ditched me for them. we only talk once a day and her dad dosnt le hecome over anymore. hers what you got to do.......................dont tak to her

Well, I think it could be one of two things.

A] She's truly being an innocent girl when she goes on and on about things. I tend to do that, and not mean to. Maybe you just don't see yourself as good as her, when in fact you may be ten times better. Beauty shouldn't matter, but these days, it does. But even so, you should talk to her. Tell her you really don't happen to like it when she degrades you. Don't be shy and soft about it, be firm and strong. Tell her it bothers you, and that you two are of equal rank, whether she wants to believe that or not.
