It's the third day my tama's been a teenager, and this morning the fourth, I was hoping she's turn into an adult today after being a teen for three complete days .. but she's still a teen, what's the matter?

No need to stress, it will evolve. Some just take longer than others. (Bandai was really ingenuis when they created these things to not evolve *exactly* when they are supposed to. Think about it, it's just like real life ie teenagers growing into adults)
