After some weeks I can´t do anything Tamagotchi 4U

I have my Tamagotchi 4U since some weeks, this morning two yellow fellows appeared on the screens and I can´t do anything...does somebody knwo what it means? Thanks Barbara

I guess the batteries are dead/empty(not sure how to say this in english correctly^^)

Try to change this batteries and then click "Download" ,it should be the first option.
