That happened to me a lot when mine had just died.

Turn the sound off, and if you hear it again, it's just your mind playing tricks on you.

I know my mind is playing tricks on me!! I can hear it over anything!!! Including my little sister yelling at me!!!I think that I have a mental tamagotchi complex or something!!
