"Why does Loann get to go to this school? What about us?" Katie complained after Mum had explained to her and Luke about what was going to happen. She didn't seem to know herself, she just kept mumbling, "Why's he doing this, why's he doing this?" I suspected 'He' was Dad.
Mum prepared me on the day, getting my stuff ready, packing my bags. I hated the thought of going to boarding school, infact I despised it. Katie, Luke and Mum all came with me to the train station, but I had to leave on my own.
I was in first class on the train, because Dad must have payed for me to go. I was surprised he cared at all, after all, he left Mum five months pergnant, when he discovered that he wasn't allowed to stay with Mum. That's what Mum said anyway.
My seat was next to a teenager, an Ichigotchi. She chatted with me for awhile, saying this was her second year at Royal Tama Boarding School, she had joined when just a Belltchi, her father, a rich bussinesstama, had payed for her place in the school, and that she was not Royal in any way. Then I explained that I was not rich, and that my father had payed for everything. I never once mentioned that I did not know who he was. I also said that I would become a teen in a few days, but this was only my first year at Royal Tama Boarding School.
